The Hontex team was fully prepared even before the loading of the cabinets began.
First, 12 vehicles were thoroughly inspected, and the condition of the vehicles in terms of exterior, interior and functionality was carefully recorded to ensure that the vehicles were in perfect condition before they were loaded into the cabinets.
At the same time, according to the size of the car, weight and other parameters, accurate selection of suitable containers.The container selected this time, its space size, load-bearing capacity have been strictly calculated, can provide ideal space guarantee for automobile transportation, a container can be loaded with 4 cars.
The car is slowly driven into the container and the position is precisely adjusted to ensure that the car is centered, leaving suitable space for subsequent reinforcement.
Next, use a tire retainer to securely fasten all four tires of the car.
Each tire is inspected several times to ensure that the retainer fits tightly and leaves no room for looseness.
The car is then cross-tied with high-strength strapping straps running through a number of key parts of the car’s chassis, connecting the car to the fixtures on the top and sides of the container.
Each strap is rigorously tested for tensile strength to ensure that the strapping strength is even and meets safety standards, making the car and container a solid whole.
In addition, for the vulnerable parts of the car, such as mirrors, lights, etc., the staff also thoughtfully use foam boards, anti-collision cotton and other materials for wrapping protection to prevent damage caused by collision and friction in the transportation process.
After completing the reinforcement, the loading of the cabinet enters the final critical stage.The staff checked the fixing of the cars again to ensure that all reinforcements were not loose or abnormal, and completed the loading of the cabinets.
