On August 19, a series of activities of Sichuan Vehicle Trade Global Tour – China (Sichuan – Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base Economic and Trade Matchmaking Meeting was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Shuangliu 3 used car exporters signed more than 100 million yuan of trade orders.
China (Sichuan-Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base has set up four service outlets in Uzbekistan, namely, public service center, overseas supervisory warehouse, overseas exhibition and sales center, and overseas after-sales service center, which will further deepen the cooperation between Sichuan and Uzbekistan in the field of used vehicle trade, and help enterprises of the Used Vehicle Export Base to expand their overseas markets.

At the scene of the event, China (Sichuan Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base in Uzbekistan set up a public service center, overseas supervisory warehouse, overseas exhibition and sales center and overseas after-sales service center of the four major service outlets were unveiled, marking the China (Sichuan Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base in Uzbekistan to build up a whole chain cross-border service system, ranging from the export of vehicles, warehousing and supervision, to the exhibition and sales services, after-sales service, and after-sales service guarantee. The whole chain of cross-border service system has been built in Uzbekistan.

It is reported that during this Chengdu Shuangliu District People’s Government delegation to visit Central Asia to carry out used car trade docking activities, China (Sichuan – Shuangliu) Used Car Export Base will also be set up in Almaty, Kazakhstan, overseas exhibition and sales centers and overseas warehousing centers.

At the docking meeting, Sichuan Used Vehicle Export Industry Union signed cooperation agreements with Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Diplomacy to establish a regular communication and liaison mechanism, and to build a bridge for Sichuan used vehicle exporters to expand the market in Central Asia with mutual exchange of information.

EAST WOOD LLC said: “Our local market has a strong demand for cost-effective used cars and ancillary services, and the products and services offered by the Shuangliu Used Car Export Base accurately meet our needs”.

It is reported that Uzbekistan’s total car imports in 2024 amounted to 74,700 units, of which 81.7% were imported from China, and Central Asia has become a key destination market for Chinese used cars going overseas. China (Sichuan-Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base, as the core hub for vehicle export in Sichuan and even in the western region, has built up a comprehensive ecology with a public service platform as the core, gathering services such as display and trading, spare parts maintenance, certification and testing, car service, port customs, cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, overseas after-sales and supply chain finance, providing one-stop supply chain delivery service for used vehicle export trade, and exporting to Covering Russia, Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions.
